To organize and conduct the Parliamentary Elections of 30 November 2014, CEC established District Electoral Councils (DECs), which in their turn established Precinct Electoral Bureaus (PEBs). The Centre for Continuous Electoral Training under the Central Electoral Commission organized and conducted training seminars for the persons appointed as PEB members, under the generic “Election Day Preparation.”

The certification programme for members of level I District Electoral Councils and the certification programme for members of Precinct Electoral Bureaus took place on 27 September 2013 in Ucrainca commune, Causeni rayon and they were attended by candidates put forward by political parties represented in the Parliament and by the local council of Ucrainca commune, Causeni rayon for the positions of members of the District Electoral Council and members of the Precinct Electoral Bureau in Ucrainca commune, Causeni rayon for the elections of the mayor of Ucrainca commune to take place on 10 November 2013.
