On 19 February, CEC staff and members were introduced to gender policies at institutional level by Liliana Palihovici, an expert in promoting human rights and gender equality policies.
Gender expert Loreta Handrabura focused on Gender-Sensitive Language/Gender-Sensitive Public Communication.
Alina Andronache – gender equality expert, spoke about sexual harassment and sexist discourse.
The training concluded with the presentation of electoral expert Natalia Iuraș, who demonstrated the efforts of electoral management organisations in promoting gender equality.
