Hedgehog Arci will tell the children from 120 schools about Elections and the functioning of Student Councils

The fifth edition of the electoral comics is ready to be distributed to primary school children. In this edition, the cartoon hero, hedgehog Arci, has a friend, turtle Besva. They go on vacation together, but arrive on island ALAOCS (the reverse version of the word "school"), where they participate as observers in the Student Council election day. 

E-learning Platform a of The Centre for Continuous Electoral Training (CCET)

The e-learning platform of the The Centre for Continuous Electoral Training (CICDE)  is a complex project, funded under the project "E-learning for Free and Fair Elections" and is addressed to all people who want to play a role in the context of electoral elections.

The Centre for Continuous Electoral Training (CCET) by the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of the Republic of Moldova is a public institution subordinated to CEC, established in line with art. 27 of the Electoral Code.

The Centre has been established for the purpose of training and qualifying the electoral officials including the persons in the Register of electoral officials, their ongoing professional training and of the subjects involved in the election process in the Republic of Moldova, as well as other interested persons.

Date: 21.02.2022   
The program is intended for young researchers interested in topics such as democracy, elections, electoral law, etc. CICDE will select five young researchers who will receive a single grant of MDL 5,000 per participant for the development of research projects. Research project coordinators – mentoring teachers are rewarded with an honorarium of MDL 5,000. The selected individuals will develop research projects between March and October 2022 and present them to the public between November and December 2022. The studies developed by the young researchers will be published in the CICDE collection ‘5 Research Projects’. Read more...
