E-learning Platform a of The Centre for Continuous Electoral Training (CCET)

Platforma e-learning a Centrului de Instruire Continuă în Domeniul Electoral este un proiect complex, finanțat în cadrul proiectului "E-learning pentru Alegeri Libere şi Corecte" și se adreseză tuturor persoanelor care doresc să îndeplinească un rol în contextul alegerilor electorale.

Training of trainers in the field of elections

- create and fill in the data base with qualified trainers in the field of elections;
- increase the knowledge in electoral matters;
- apply evenly the training process in electoral matters;
- strengthen the CCET institutional capacity.

Training and certification of the EBPS members

- create and fill in the Register of qualified and certified electoral officials;
- increase knowledge in electoral matters;
- apply evenly the legislation and electoral practice;
- cooperation between CEC, DEC and EBPS to a new, a better level;
- strengthen the institutional capacities of CCET.

Training of DEC members

- Certify a sufficient number of persons as DEC members;
- Fill in the Register with qualified, certified electoral officials;
- Satisfactory training of operators and the person responsible for finances;
- Increased knowledge in electoral matters;
-  Apply evenly the legislation and electoral practice.

Training of LPA representatives

-  Ensure the acceptance of the WEB Application by the representatives of LPA by promoting the idea that the reform shall help them in the process of compiling and updating the voters’ lists;
- Develop the ability of using the new WEB Application for updating the voters’ lists;
- To bring the cooperation between LPA and CEC to a new, higher level.

Today, on the 2nd November 2018, started, the National Young People’s Electoral Forum. The event is organized by the Central Election Commission (CEC), the Centre for Continuous Electoral Training (CICDE) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Moldova. On 29th through 31st October 2018 a delegation of the Central Election Commission (CEC) and the Centre for Continuous Electoral Training (CICDE), led by the CEC Chairperson Mrs Alina Russu, made a study visit to Germany concerning the mixt electoral system.
